Full of energy and with a clear view of the future, VTW welcomes two new apprentices who started their training at the Waidhofen plant in September: Stefan Holczmann and Benjamin Bayer are embarking on an exciting new chapter in their lives. In a unique dual apprenticeship in the fields of metal technology toolmaking and plastics process engineering, they can expect intensive, practical training – two key topics for the progress, innovative strength and success of VTW. With these new additions, the number of VTW apprentices has grown to a total of five young talents. ‘Our apprentices are the skilled workers of tomorrow. Their training is not only a cornerstone for their personal development, but also for the future of VTW,’ explains Christian Weber, Head of Human Resources and Finance. ‘We not only offer them first-class apprenticeship training, but also exciting extras such as attractive bonuses for academic success and Apple AirPods Pro after completing their first year of training,’ emphasises Weber. VTW is also planning to take on more motivated apprentices in the coming year and is already inviting interested parties to gain an insight into everyday working life during a trial apprenticeship in autumn or spring. VTW is proud to offer a qualified and versatile apprenticeship with the dual apprenticeship in metal technology, toolmaking technology and plastics process technology.
We wish you an exciting apprenticeship and all the best for the future!
